Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.99)
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day if ordered before 12 PM EST ($24.99)

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.
  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or high-volume periods (like holidays).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days.
  • For packages that show as undelivered or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Changes

  • We cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll try to accommodate your request.
